Kinesiology Taping is a modality that not just massage therapists should know, to help your clients, but also for anyone that has aches, pains, in sports or kids in sports. We will go over the whole body and how to tape the area's that we see in pain most often.
You will also leave knowing how to tape the area's that we didn't even cover in class! Remember, my classes are practical and we want to ensure that everyone walks out with ample knowledge on how to do incorporate this in to your practice and life.
All supplies that you will need to practice with are included and you will have the option to purchase what you need at the end of the class. Please wear loose fitting clothes, tank tops and shorts are perfect.
